Tech Bench and Umpires Forum

Thank you to Jordan Rhind for a great Umpires Presentation and to all the umpires, especially the future young umpires, who attended. It was very informative on clarifing a lot of the rules and we will share some as we head into finals. 

A reminder to respect the umpires and TO's, as they allow us to have a competition.
